Jessica and Brayden had such a beautiful February winter day for their wedding at the Inn at Leola Village. It was a sunny and beautiful afternoon with a bit of snow left on the ground to remind you it wasn’t quite spring yet.
They decided to do the first look before doing any other sets of photos, which allowed us to explore the property a bit before the day really started. Towards the end of their portrait time, a friend brought out their sweet puppy, Nova, and she won the show! She’s such a good girl! I got to meet her when I did their engagement photos in their new home earlier in the year. She gave kisses and posed perfectly with her parents for bridal portraits.
A fun part that Jess included was having a group of girls being her “something blue” and they all wore blue dresses. This is the second wedding I’ve had this at and I just love the new twist on a traditional idea!
After an amazing indoor ceremony, we went back outside for some more couple’s portraits before Jess and Brayden wondered off upstairs to enjoy a few minutes alone before the party really got started. I loved that they did a toast up above the space where cocktail hour was hosted.
Jess and Brayden started the party off strong at the reception! With both of them being gymnasts, I expected they’d blow us away with their choreographed first dance, which of course they did. But, they also did choreographed dances with their parents! We spent the rest of the evening dancing the night away. Congratulations again Jess and Brayden! I loved capturing your big day and celebrating with you and your families.
