Oh, Konnar and Matthew!!! We patiently waited out and changed around dates because of weather and work, but we scored a perfect spring evening for their engagement session.
I just knew when Konnar initially reached out for their wedding that I was going to adore her and Matthew. After a mini change in venue (where were the green trees and apple blossoms this spring?! Apparently non-existent!), we headed out to a few locations near me.
I knew when Konnar got out of the car with pink flowers on her dress, and Matthew with a matching pink shirt, that I needed to take them to the last Magnolia tree that I knew was in bloom! It was my favorite spot of the day with that beautiful filtered light! Since springtime sun can be much different than summer sun, I was so excited to find some beautiful blooms and greenery (you wouldn’t know it but they were looking at traffic and cars going by behind me while I took their pictures!).
These two made my job so easy! Matthew could pose himself perfectly with such little direction and Konnar’s smile and personality was SO infectious. I seriously felt as though I was hanging out and taking pictures of my lifelong friends.
